Business Development Manager - Animal Nutrition
We are seeking an experienced Sales Professional to lead our animal nutrition business. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and achieving sales targets.
Main Responsibilities:
* Ensure alignment with company processes and systems
* Execute sales strategy and organize resources to achieve sales goals
* Develop and implement regional market development plans and specific implementation strategies
* Understand customer needs, identify potential customers, and track customer development
* Maintain effective customer communication channels and establish long-term relationships
* Provide exceptional customer service and coordinate product trials, technical support, and other work-related tasks
* Control sales expenses and manage budget effectively
* Establish cross-departmental business contacts and facilitate communication
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Biochemical or Bioengineering or relevant fields with 5 years of experience in the enzyme industry
* Basic knowledge of products and services and understanding of company operations
* Excellent sales skills, able to grasp customer psychology and use sales techniques effectively
* Able to think from a customer's perspective, strong sales ability
* Good communication and coordination skills, calm, proactive, and responsible
* High work enthusiasm, good teamwork spirit
* Strong ability to handle pressure and learn quickly
