We are seeking a detail-oriented and process-driven professional to join our team as a Mobility Care Associate.

* This position is responsible for providing customer and technical assistance and support related to mobile device systems, hardware, software, company and carrier processes.
* You will answer inbound client calls, respond to requests for assistance sent by email, diagnose and resolve technical issues involving clients' supported hardware and tools, and provide guidance on the proper use of Mindglobal specific websites and tools.


Key Responsibilities:

* Customer Service: You will quickly and professionally answer inbound client calls according to each client's preferred greeting and nomenclature.
* Tech Support: You will diagnose and resolve technical issues involving clients' supported hardware, Mindglobal tools and carrier systems.
* Process Expertise: You will understand, access and efficiently use carrier portals and other tools.
* Communication Skills: You will advise client employees on appropriate action(s), timelines, outcomes, etc., using appropriate and professional grammar and communication skills.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to stay current with industry trends, mobile technologies, internal systems and information, changes and updates. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and are committed to delivering excellent customer service.

To be successful in this role, you must possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Requirements:

To be considered for this role, you must meet the following requirements:

* Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
* Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role or technical support position.
* Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
