Key Account Manager Role
* To succeed in this position, you will need to assist in identifying and onboarding new VIP clients through targeted prospecting and strategic networking initiatives.
* Support the management of VIP client relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention through regular check-ins and timely issue resolution.
* Help drive engagement and retention strategies to increase player loyalty, working closely with senior team members to design and implement personalized offers and incentives.
* Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to monitor key performance metrics such as betting volume, customer acquisition cost (CAC), retention rates, and customer lifetime value (LTV).
* Assist in preparing detailed reports on VIP performance and account development, providing actionable insights for business growth and improvement.
* E nsure compliance with responsible gaming and company policies, adhering to regulatory standards and industry best practices.
