Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute strategies to increase adoption of our platform among faculty members at leading universities.
* Design and deliver product awareness sessions to drive engagement and usage.
* Cultivate strong relationships with customers through regular outreach, presentations, and onsite visits.
* Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless implementation support and renewal outcomes.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to gather feedback and inform product decisions.
Requirements:
* A Master's degree or PhD in a relevant Life Science discipline.
* At least 1-3 years of experience in customer-facing roles.
* Fluent communication skills in English.
* Strong knowledge of education trends and challenges in assigned content areas (Biology, Chemistry, Medicine, Physics, Engineering, or Psychology).
* Excellent interpersonal skills with a passion for building remote relationships.
* Experience in cold calling is preferred.
