The role plays a vital part in the administration and smooth-running of the company’s global accounts operations.Main Responsibilities (include but not limited to):• Basic accounts duties and admin including full compliance with local tax rules in line with Fulkrum’s processes.• Speaking with clients in your region to obtain signed timesheets/work orders as and when needed.• Liaising with coordinators to obtain the correct information for invoicing.• Ensuring all travel and expenses are billed correctly.• Addressing invoicing queries on an urgent basis• Raising and distribution of Sales invoices• Processing inspector’s invoices on IRIS and Sage• Ensuring monthly deadlines are met.Skills and Qualifications:• Full working knowledge of MS Office programs• Able to work using own initiative.• Able to communicate with clients, suppliers, and senior members of staff.Why Join Us?This is an exciting opportunity for a driven Junior Accounts Coordinator to showcase their expertise in a supportive and collaborative environment.
