Sales Director - LATAM
As a seasoned professional in the nutraceutical ingredients sector, you will be responsible for driving growth across LATAM by developing and executing country- and segment-level territory plans to capture new business.
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of B2B sales experience in nutraceutical ingredients within LATAM, with a strong understanding of regional regulations and standards.
Key responsibilities include managing and growing key accounts, presenting nutraceutical ingredients to customers, collaborating with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions, and representing the company at regional trade shows and industry events.
Requirements:
* 5+ years of B2B sales experience in nutraceutical ingredients within LATAM
* Strong understanding of nutraceutical ingredients and their applications in dietary supplements and functional F&B
* Proven ability to prospect, build pipelines, negotiate, and close across multiple countries
* Language: Fluent Portuguese and strong Spanish; English is a plus
* Self-starter comfortable working remotely; excellent territory/time management
* Based in Brazil with willingness to travel across LATAM as required
* Proficiency with MS Office and CRM (ZOHO preferred)
