Mission: The employee will be responsible for maintaining utility equipment and systems (electrical, air conditioning, water, and vapor) in the power and instrumentation electrical fronts to ensure asset reliability and availability.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Perform B16 maintenance tasks, both preventive and corrective.
Specify materials needed for maintenance.
Assess impacts with the team to enable activity execution.
Propose and implement system and maintenance plan improvements to optimize reliability, availability, and reduce costs.
Assist calibration team.
Assist operations team.
Requirements:
Technical course in electrical, instrumentation, control, automation, or related areas.
NR10 certification.
Experience in industry, preferably pharmaceutical, food, or related sectors.
Knowledge of HVAC systems (chillers, AHU, pumps, dehumidifiers).
Knowledge of electrical equipment (substations, UPS, relays, generators, rectifiers, electrical commands, capacitor banks, inverters).
Knowledge of purified water systems (osmosis, injectable water, thermocompressors, water treatment).
Basic English proficiency.
Desirable:
Degree in electrical engineering, automation, or related fields.
Problem analysis/solution methodology.
Innovation capacity in new technologies and maintenance processes.
Knowledge of manufacturing utility maintenance processes.
Proficiency in Office package, SAP PM module, and Good Manufacturing Practices.
