A Senior SAP Fieldglass Developer is required to lead technical efforts in optimizing contingent workforce management, improving integration reliability, and enabling advanced capabilities across the SAP Fieldglass platform.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assess and implement Fieldglass Assignment Management to streamline integration between maintenance work orders and contingent labor.
* Ensure accurate data flow and process alignment between Fieldglass and SAP S/4HANA.
* Stabilize and enhance integrations between Fieldglass and S/4HANA for SOWs, timesheets, and fee submissions.
* Troubleshoot and resolve interface issues, ensuring data consistency and performance.
* Design and implement integration between Fieldglass and global facility access systems (e.g., Genetec, Alert Enterprise).
* Enable validation of contractor time-on-site against timesheet data for compliance and cost control.
* Improve usability and performance of Fieldglass through configuration enhancements and process automation.
Requirements:
* 5+ years of experience in SAP development, with at least 4 years in SAP Fieldglass (SOW, CW, integrations).
* Proven experience in Fieldglass-SAP S/4HANA integration, including CPI and API-based approaches.
* Strong understanding of Fieldglass data models, configuration, and extensibility.
* Experience with facility access systems integration is a strong plus.
* Familiarity with SAP BTP, SAP Business Network, and clean core principles.
* Ability to conduct technical assessments, identify gaps, and propose remediation strategies.
* English proficiency required; Portuguese or Spanish is a plus.
* Proven experience implementing Fieldglass integrations
* Strong understanding of SAP best practices, architecture principles, and integration strategies.
* Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
* Experience in Agile methodology usage would be differential.
* SAP certifications would be considered differential.
