The role of a Talent Acquisition Specialist involves serving as a strategic liaison between clients and recruitment agencies. This position requires strong stakeholder management skills, operational insight, and leadership capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

 * Act as the primary point of contact between clients and recruitment teams to ensure high-quality delivery of services.
 \
 * Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers and senior stakeholders by offering strategic consulting and data-driven recommendations.
 \
 * Oversee the performance of the recruitment delivery team, ensuring all Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are consistently met.
 \
 * Analyze operational data to proactively solve issues and drive improvements in recruiting processes.
 \
 * Influence the team toward achieving delivery goals and maintaining high client satisfaction standards.
 \

Required Skills and Qualifications:

 \
 * Minimum 5 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting or HR roles with a strong emphasis on talent acquisition.
 \
 * Previous experience in staffing, Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO), or talent consulting firms, especially in client-facing or manager-facing roles.
 \
 * Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage with senior leadership and clients.
 \
 * Native Portuguese, Fluent in English (Spanish is a plus).
 \
 * Strong attention to detail, critical thinking, and a self-assured professional presence.
 \
 * Ability to analyze operational challenges, identify risks/opportunities, and implement strategic solutions.
 \
 * Proven ability to lead or influence recruitment teams toward high performance and successful delivery.
