 
        
        Strategic Recruitment Operations Manager
We are seeking an experienced Senior Internal Talent Advisor to spearhead strategic recruitment operations in Brazil. As a full-cycle recruiting expert, you will leverage your expertise to drive delivery goals and elevate client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
 * Manage relationships with hiring managers and senior stakeholders to deliver high-quality recruitment services.
 * Analyze operational data to identify trends, solve issues, and improve recruiting processes.
 * Influence team toward achieving delivery goals and maintaining client satisfaction.
 * Present insights, updates, and reports to internal and client-side leadership.
Required Qualifications:
 * 5+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting or HR roles with a talent acquisition focus.
 * Background in staffing, RPO, or talent consulting firms, preferably in client-facing or manager-facing roles.
 * Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
 * Native Portuguese, fluent English (Spanish a plus).
 * Strong attention to detail, critical thinking, and professional presence.
 * Ability to analyze challenges, identify risks/opportunities, and implement strategic solutions.
