About The Team/Role

We are looking for a creative and innovative marketer with strong expertise in 360° marketing campaigns and a deep understanding of media. The ideal candidate combines a user-centric mindset with insight into locally relevant trends, ensuring impactful, results-driven outcomes. They thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments, work well independently, and are comfortable navigating ambiguity to uncover market opportunities that align with our strategic goals. This role reports to the Spanish-speaking LATAM Passenger Brand Field Marketing Manager.

In this role, you'll be...

* Translate high-level strategy and positioning into actionable, locally tailored deliverables such as integrated marketing campaigns, communication frameworks, and value propositions.
* Connect the business ambition to brand vision to build a meaningful brand positioning in the category.
* Stay informed about market trends and top-performing brand campaigns that establish local benchmarks. Uncover locally unique and culturally relevant marketing opportunities, aligned with business priorities and fueled by insights from user research to enhance engagement.
* Develop and execute marketing campaigns providing input into key messaging and creative briefs.
* Use internal and external data to find relevant insights that transform into effective marketing plans and SoMe actions and content.
* Apply a data-driven thinking approach for decision making.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop go-to-market plans.
* Analyze marketing data to measure campaign performance and adjust strategies accordingly.
* Demonstrate media knowledge, understanding and provide strategic feedback.

We're eager to be in touch because you have...

* +4 years of experience implementing result-oriented integrated regional marketing campaigns, research/insights, brand strategy, equity positioning, channel & comms planning, and campaign measurement & reporting.
* Proven local media knowledge.
* Proven experience launching and optimizing integrated marketing Brand 360 campaigns with a full understanding of integrated planning and a full-funnel approach.
* Business acumen: understand the role of marketing communications in driving sales and revenue growth; experience launching sales activation campaigns with uplift on key business metrics.
* Critical thinking: analytically approach problems using brand models or tools and formulate structured solutions.
* Able to solve issues within the functional area using data and consumer insights.
* Creative: generate innovative approaches to address problems.
* Consumer-centric: user value creation analysis; identifying growth sources based on user and desk research.
* Bias for action with a relentless focus on results.
* Passion for high performance: energetic, optimistic team member who can influence and unify cross-functional teams, peers, and leaders.
* Fluent in English and Spanish is mandatory.
