Account Manager - Life Sciences

About the Role
You will be responsible for conducting outreach activities with faculty members at top universities, integrating our video solutions into their courses to enhance teaching outcomes and student success.

Main Responsibilities:
1. Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders, including professors and researchers.
2. Develop and execute strategies to increase product awareness across existing customer universities and research institutes.
3. Deliver presentations at conferences, university seminars, and onsite customer visits to grow engagement and usage.
4. Provide excellent support to clients, ensuring smooth implementation and consistent resource usage.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to influence product decisions by communicating valuable feedback from customers.
