We are a dynamic agency specializing in creating high-performing Shopify pages for e-commerce brands.
We help e-commerce businesses convert users into loyal customers faster, increasing sales conversions and lowering ad spend.
We are seeking an organized and communicative Account Manager to oversee communication between our clients and design/development teams.
Key Responsibilities:
* Bulletin all client updates, develop strong relationships with clients.
* Foster effective communication channels between clients and the design & development teams.
* Closely monitor project progress to ensure timely delivery of tasks & updates.
* Address client issues proactively, anticipate client needs & address concerns promptly.
* Regularly update clients on project status, maintain client confidence.
* Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless workflow & task prioritization.
* Maintain proficiency in tools like Slack, Clickup, Microsoft Office & Google Sheets for communication, tracking & organization.
* Making minor updates to client pages using low-code tools like Replo (training can be provided).
Required Skills & Experience:
* Minimum 2 years experience in account management, client-facing roles or project coordination.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Docs, Sheets, Slack & Clickup.
* Strong organizational skills & multitasking abilities in fast-paced environments.
* Excellent written & verbal communication skills in English.
* A proactive approach to problem-solving & managing multiple clients & projects simultaneously.
* High attention to detail & meeting project deadlines consistently.
