Job Description Lead and harmonize quality and food safety strategies across multiple facilities within the North Latam region. Ensures compliance with regulatory standards, drives continuous improvement, and fosters a culture of quality excellence aligned with corporate objectives. Main Responsibilities Deploy and adapt the global Quality & Food Safety strategy regionally, ensuring compliance with both global standards and local regulations; represent QFS in the Regional Leadership Team. Lead QMS/FSMS implementation, regional audits, and monitor regional quality KPIs and supplier quality assurance. Drive continuous improvement, digital QA tool rollout, and regional crisis management readiness. Manage and coach Country / Site Quality Managers, build talent pipeline and succession planning, and foster a culture of food safety ownership. Collaborate with Processing, SHE, R&D, and Commercial platform teams; liaise with regulators, certification bodies, and key customers in the region; escalating risks, incidents, and best practices to the Global Head. Champion a customer‑centric, innovation‑driven quality culture; implement digital transformation initiatives and promote cross‑functional collaboration. Experience Proven experience in leading Quality and Food Safety strategies across multiple facilities or regions. Strong background in regulatory compliance and audits (internal, external, customer, and regulatory). Experience managing supplier quality assurance and monitoring KPIs such as complaints, audit scores, defect rates, and recalls. Demonstrated success in driving continuous improvement and implementing digital quality tools. Additional Information Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Engineering, Chemistry, or related field. Advanced knowledge of Quality Management Systems (QMS) and Food Safety Management Systems (FSMS), including HACCP and ISO standards. Relevant certifications (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 22000, HACCP) are a strong plus. Advanced English (mandatory).
