Key Responsibilities:
* Monitor Brazilian labor law changes (issue monthly Compliance Alerts)
* Audit employment documents (ensure 100% legal classification of CLT employees vs PJ contractors to avoid tax penalties)
* Localize global policies
* Manage government inspections (e.G., MTE audits, prepare working time records per Art 630/CLT)
* Ensure pay compliance (review sales commission plans against Art 457/CLT "minimum wage guarantee")
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's in Law/HR + CLT advanced certification (e.G., TST Labor Law Course)
* 3+ years compliance experience with multinational policy localization projects
* Proficient in compliance tools
* Expert in Brazilian employment models risk matrix (CLT vs PJ vs Estágio)
* Language:
Native Portuguese + Fluent English (must interpret Keeta global policy documents)
