* We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Marketing Coordinator to join our growing team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing internal communication and task coordination, working closely with creative teams to create briefs, set up tasks, track timelines, and ensure deliverables move efficiently through each stage.
This role keeps the creative and production teams aligned, helping to translate client goals into actionable internal work.
Main Objectives:
* Internal Team Coordination: Work closely with designers, copywriters, media buyers, and other team members to develop high-quality marketing materials across all service offerings.
* Resource Planning and Execution: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring all deliverables are completed on time, meet client requirements, and align with turnaround standards.
* Organization and Internal Communication: Stay organized and proactive in scheduling internal kickoff meetings, assigning tasks, and setting deadlines to keep projects moving efficiently and reduce delays.
* Task trackers &/or Teamwork spaces are accurate and updated daily.
* Projects Following Naming Conventions: Provide clear direction, thoughtful feedback, and quality control on ongoing projects to ensure they meet or exceed internal and client expectations.

* Project Management: Ability to manage timelines, juggle multiple projects, and keep everything on track without letting anything fall through the cracks.
* Process-Oriented Thinking: Skilled at building and improving internal workflows to help the team work more efficiently and deliver consistently.
* Communication (Internal): Clear and concise communicator who can translate plans into briefs, give actionable feedback, and keep teams aligned.
* Problem-Solving: Able to troubleshoot delays, resource gaps, or unclear inputs to keep projects moving forward.
* Tool Proficiency: Comfortable using project management tools and shared docs to track and communicate work.
This role reports to the Senior Account Manager.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
* On-time Task Completion Rate: 95%+ of assigned tasks are completed on or before the deadline.
* Internal Team Satisfaction Score: 8/10 or higher average rating from creatives and other collaborators in quarterly feedback.
* Error-Free Deliverables: 95%+ of deliverables require no major revisions due to missed details or incorrect implementation.
We operate during standard business hours, Monday to Friday.
A successful candidate should have a background in marketing, excellent time management skills, and attention to detail.
