Overview
Senior Sistemas is looking for a Coordenador de Vendas (Sucesso do Cliente) to lead the sales team at Senior Filial Pantanal, located in MS/MT/RO/AC. The coordinator will manage a team of approximately six executives and a client portfolio of around 300 customers.
Responsibilities
* Propose and execute expansion strategies and new offers to current clients, aiming to surpass assigned sales goals.
* Ensure monthly sales results and develop operational insights, demonstrating performance indicators and corrective action plans.
* Monitor client relationships to increase the sales funnel through constant visits, identifying opportunities for Senior solutions.
* Collaborate cross‑functionally to uncover new opportunities and maximize sales results, ensuring a superior customer experience.
* Support leadership development through performance management, feedback, PDI and organizational climate.
Qualifications
* Superior degree in Information Technology, Marketing, Sales or Administration.
* Solid experience in commercializing IT products and services.
* Knowledge of sales methodologies and techniques.
* Proven experience managing sales teams.
* Knowledge of the MS/MT/RO/AC market.
* Experience with complex commercial processes in the technology market.
* Availability for travel and possession of a Class B driver's license.
Preferred
* Postgraduate or specialization in Administration, Sales or Marketing.
* English or Spanish fluency.
