We are seeking a highly skilled Client Services Interpreter to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing multiple projects daily, interacting with clients via various channels, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality services that meet client expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines and deliver exceptional results.
* Communicate effectively with clients, understanding their needs, and providing timely updates on project progress.
* Collaborate with colleagues to identify suitable linguists based on relevant time zones or regions, presenting their expertise and recruiting new talent when needed.
* Synchronize client expectations with linguists, facilitate calls, and ensure client satisfaction through continuous monitoring and feedback.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as linguistics, translation, or international business.
* Fluency in English and an additional language, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Experience working with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce, to manage client relationships and track project progress.
* Ability to work independently, using initiative to resolve issues and make informed decisions.
