This position works closely with creative teams to develop high-quality marketing materials across all service offerings. Resource planning and execution are crucial in this role, as well as staying organized and proactive in scheduling internal kickoff meetings, assigning tasks, and setting deadlines.
Main objectives for this role include internal team coordination, resource planning and execution, organization and internal communication, teamwork boards being accurate and updated daily, and projects following naming conventions.
Additional skills required for this position include project management, process-oriented thinking, clear and concise communication, problem-solving, and tool proficiency. The ideal candidate will have a background in marketing, excellent time management, and attention to detail.
This role reports to the Senior Account Manager and key performance indicators (KPIs) include on-time task completion rate, internal team satisfaction score, and error-free deliverables.
* Main Responsibilities:
* Internal Team Coordination: Work closely with designers, copywriters, media buyers, and other team members to develop high-quality marketing materials across all service offerings.
* Resource Planning and Execution: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring all deliverables are completed on time, meet client requirements, and align with Dingus and Zazzy's turnaround standards.
* Organization and Internal Communication: Stay organized and proactive in scheduling internal kickoff meetings, assigning tasks, and setting deadlines to keep projects moving efficiently and reduce delays.
* Teamwork Boards Are Neat and Tidy: Task trackers &/or Teamwork spaces are accurate and updated daily.
* Projects Following Naming Conventions: Provide clear direction, thoughtful feedback, and quality control on ongoing projects to ensure they meet or exceed internal and client expectations.

* Project Management: Ability to manage timelines, juggle multiple projects, and keep everything on track without letting anything fall through the cracks.
* Process-Oriented Thinking: Skilled at building and improving internal workflows to help the team work more efficiently and deliver consistently.

* Reporting Relationship: This role reports to the Senior Account Manager.
* KPIs (Key Performance Indicators):
* On-time Task Completion Rate: 95%+ of assigned tasks are completed on or before the deadline.
* Internal Team Satisfaction Score: 8/10 or higher average rating from creatives and other collaborators in quarterly feedback.
* Error-Free Deliverables: 95%+ of deliverables require no major revisions due to missed details or incorrect implementation.
Operating hours are from 9 am to 5 pm MST, Monday to Friday.
