Job Title: Consumer Engagement Lead
About the Role:
We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our consumer engagement efforts across various regions in Indonesia. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring consumer engagement activities across multiple channels.
Main Responsibilities:
1. We plan, execute, monitor, and report on consumer engagement activities in assigned areas, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
2. You will analyze marketing issues and opportunities, including segmentation and consumer profiling, to inform data-driven decisions.
3. Manage and evaluate territories based on outlet potency and consumer preferences, identifying areas for improvement and implementing targeted strategies.
4. You will build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, fostering collaboration and driving results.
Key Qualifications:
* Prior experience in media partnerships, advertising agencies, branding, or creative agencies is highly advantageous.
* Supervisory experience in field sales distribution is preferred.
* Active participation in organizational activities and social media savvy is a must.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
* Strong analytical skills, comfortable working with numerical data, and proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.
* A valid driving license (SIM) Type A is required.
