* A relevant qualification, such as engineering or project management.
* At least 5 years of experience as a Project Manager on major infrastructure projects, leading a team of Project Managers.
* Additionally, you should have at least 5 years of experience as a Project Manager prior to Project Director or level managing large infrastructure projects with a focus on wind farms.
* Experience in the wind industry is mandatory.
* Strong knowledge of people and project management methods and techniques, as well as commercial management.
