About the Role
We are seeking a creative and results-driven Learning Solutions Specialist to join our team.
This is an exciting opportunity to craft engaging learning experiences that drive business outcomes. You will partner with leaders to understand their development needs, design and develop practical learning content, and serve as the operational owner for our Learning Management System (LMS).
As a key member of our Talent Development function, you will continuously refine materials to ensure relevance, effectiveness, and alignment with customer needs. Your ability to analyze training metrics, evaluate impact, and translate findings into actionable recommendations will be critical in enhancing our learning solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with leaders to translate development needs into compelling learning experiences
* Design and develop engaging multimedia-rich asynchronous learning content using tools like Articulate
* Serve as the go-to operational owner for the LMS system, curating and maintaining a dynamic training catalog
* Continuously refine materials for relevance, effectiveness, and alignment with customer needs
* Analyze training metrics, evaluate impact, and translate findings into actionable recommendations
Qualifications:
* 3-5 years of experience driving the development of Learning & Development initiatives in a high-growth startup or late-stage tech environment
* Experience leveraging LMS systems, e-learning platforms, intranet solutions, and instructional design tools like Articulate
* Exceptional collaboration and interpersonal skills, with a strong customer-centric approach
* Proven ability to analyze training metrics, evaluate impact, and translate findings into actionable recommendations
