About The Opportunity
We're building a differentiated brand in a brutally competitive AI/SaaS market.
This is not a "make it pretty" gig.
We want a designer withexceptional taste, strong opinions, and the instincts to ship visuals that move metrics.
If you live and breathe design intech / SaaS / AI, track the latest patterns, and want to grow from a part-time contributor into a core, full-time role, read on.
What You'll Do
You'll partner with Growth, Product, Marketing, and Founders to:
Own day-to-daymarketing design: ad creatives, product marketing animations, landing pages, websites, email visuals, partner assets.
Evolve and guard ourbrand system(typography, color, illustration, motion, component libraries) across web and product-adjacent surfaces.
Turn complex AI features intoclear, conversion-ready visuals(diagrams, product mockups, short motion snippets).
Rapidly prototypeA/B testvariants; ship multiple creative angles per week.
Buildreusable templatesfor speed (social sets, launch kits, webinar packs, sales one-pagers).
Collaborate oncampaign conceptsend-to-end: insight ? moodboard ? concept ? production ? iteration.
Maintain a tidyFigmaworkspace (components, tokens, documentation) so others can self-serve.
What Success Looks Like
Enhancing our designs to build thought-leadership as a bold brand within AI SaaS
Asset turnaroundunder 48 h for priority requests; weekly creative batch drops.
A cohesivebrand systemused across marketing and sales with near-zero rework.
Who You Are
6+ years hands-ondesign experience inSaaS / AI(agency or in-house).
You know the category patterns - and how to break them.
Exceptional taste.Refined typography, layout discipline, restraint where it matters, edge where it counts.
Deep interest incurrent design trendsin tech/SaaS/AI; you've got references at your fingertips.
Not afraid to be bold.You can defend strong creative while staying coachable.
Fast-paced, passionate, easy to work with.Low-ego collaborator who communicates crisply.
Tools:Figma & Wordpress / Elementorpower user; Adobe Illustrator as needed.
Bonus if you can add lightmotion(After Effects, or Figma video exports).
Bonus Points if You...
Have2–4+ yearsin marketing/advertising environments (performance creative, concepting, storytelling).
Can produce quickmicro-motion(feature reveals, UI walkthroughs, ad loops).
Understandperformance marketingbasics (hook hierarchy, thumb-stop, offer framing, mobile-first).
Have experience buildingcomponentized design systemsfor marketing.
