We are currently hiring a Senior UX/UI Designer to join our exciting start-up team on an initial 12-month Fixed Term Contract. The successful candidate will have a passion for creativity, take on a proactive approach, and have a proven track-record of working closely with developers.
Responsibilities:
* Conduct comprehensive user research to understand target audiences and their needs
* Create wireframes and prototypes to visualize and communicate design concepts
* Design visually appealing and responsive user interfaces
* Iterate designs based on user feedback and usability testing results
* Document design decisions, rationale, and guidelines for reference and collaboration
The ideal candidate will have:
* At least five years of experience as a UI/UX designer
* Experience in making designs for the web
* Experience with Figma
* Experience applying UI/UX Design in an agile process
