Demand Manager required for Australia Oceania. Showcase your supply chain capability to manage supply activities to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and contribute to business performance. This role is critical to delivering customer service excellence.

Reporting to the Regional Business Director Australasia Oceania you will help bed in SAP and drive the effective management of all supply activities. Your success in this job will be measured in terms of,
Your mastery of DzX and SAP Logility
Ongoing improvement of Sales Forecast Accuracy, currently > 60%
Contributing to working capital efficiency
Managing the forecast to enable improved planning supply performance, DIFOT.
Reducing slow-moving finished goods inventory
Engaging with senior functional leaders, supporting proposals, initiatives and assessments with thorough data/trend analysis.
Maintaining, SKU-level inventory rules for > 4,000 SKU's, including re-order points, maximum inventory levels, minimum customer order quantities, and delivery lead times.
Facilitating regular/planned product range reviews with the Product Line Managers and Commercial Directors.
Initiating, implementing and contributing to continuous improvement projects, cost reductions/service improvements, associated with inventory, freight and warehousing.
You possess tertiary qualifications in supply chain management, procurement or logistics or a technical discipline, APICS qualifications well regarded, and have ideally worked in the Chemical Plastics, FMCG Packaging or Oil industries.
