The Role:
We are looking for a proactive, results-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to drive hiring of top-tier talent across Europe and APAC, and help build high-performing teams in both technical and business functions.
Responsibilities:
* Execute targeted hiring strategies to identify, and hire high-quality talent across sales, technical, and business roles.
* Proactively source candidates using diverse channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, referrals, and direct outreach.
* Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline to support rapid hiring and future growth.
* Partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, skill needs, and success profiles.
* Track and report key recruiting metrics (time-to-hire, pipeline quality, candidate conversion rates) to support continuous improvement.
* Serve as a brand ambassador, ensuring candidates clearly understand our mission, values, and employee experience.
* Manage the full recruitment lifecycle—sourcing, screening, interviewing, coordinating assessments, and facilitating selection decisions.
* Maintain accurate, up-to-date candidate data in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
Requirements:
* Expertise in talent acquisition, recruitment, and workforce planning.
* Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
* Proficiency in ATS systems and other recruitment tools.
