YaVendió helps e-commerce brands in LATAM sell more through WhatsApp with an AI Virtual Sales Agent. We're looking for a hungry, disciplined, high-achiever SDR to help us create pipeline and book qualified meetings for our Account Executives.
This role is for someone who's early in their career but wants to win, learn fast, and work hard.

Role: Sales Development representative:
What you'll do
Contact inbound leads fast (and keep following up until you get an answer)
Prospect outbound accounts that fit our ICP (e-commerce/retail selling via WhatsApp)
Qualify leads: pain, urgency, budget, decision process, timing
Book meetings for AEs and ensure leads show up (confirmations + reminders)
Keep HubSpot clean: notes, stages, fields, next steps
Learn our product, objections, and scripts—and improve them with feedback
Hit daily activity targets (calls, WhatsApp, emails) and weekly booking goals

Requirements (simple)
0–12 months experience in sales, customer success, call center, or similar (or strong proof you can perform)
Strong communication (Spanish + Portuguese required)
Comfortable with high volume outreach (calls + WhatsApp + email)
Organized and responsible with CRM updates (HubSpot or similar)
