We are seeking someone with solid experience designing subscription-based funnels, landing pages, and checkout flows.
The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) principles – ability to design based on data, intent, and behavior.
Responsibilities include:
* Designing responsive web pages, funnels, and digital experiences inside Figma with a strong focus on UX and CRO.
* Translating briefs, calls, and project scopes into beautiful, intuitive wireframes and hi-fidelity mockups.
* Iterating designs based on feedback from clients, marketing leads, and performance data.
* Collaborating with developers or web builders (Webflow/WordPress) to ensure faithful implementation of your designs.
Balancing aesthetics with function is crucial, as the work should not only look good but convert well. Adaptability and quick thinking are also essential in a fast-paced environment with multiple ongoing design requests.
Key qualifications:
