Job Responsibilities
1. Support and maintain manual access provisioning for the enterprise's identity management, access control, and directory services.
2. Collaborate with team members to provide technical assistance and train new staff using SOPs and technical documents.
3. Monitor incident and service request queues daily, assigning tickets based on expertise and workload.
4. Manage backlog by monitoring daily inflow and planning to keep it under control.
5. Create and distribute weekly and monthly reports on tickets to the lead customer and leadership team.
6. Manage processes for granting, modifying, and revoking system, application, and data access rights.
7. Monitor and audit user access rights to detect unauthorized changes or inconsistencies.
8. Investigate reports and resolve identity and access-related incidents or breaches.
9. Review and update existing SOPs and develop new ones as needed for the team.
10. Monitor activity logs to identify security incidents and generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
11. Configure and own the UAM application within their functional area.
12. Drive the centralization of UAM activities across applications for all user sets.
