About the Opportunity
We are seeking a Scrum Master to join an Agile environment, supporting one to two Scrum teams and contributing to the continuous improvement of organizational processes.
This is a hands-on role, ideal for a professional who is comfortable working with distributed teams and collaborating closely with leadership.
* Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies, ensuring alignment with Agile principles.
* Support and guide one Scrum team, with potential responsibility for a second team.
* Partner with an enterprise Agile Coach to enhance team performance and delivery.
* Assist with the implementation and adoption of SAFe practices.
* Identify, escalate, and help remove obstacles impacting team progress.
* Foster a culture of continuous improvement through experimentation and feedback.
* Collaborate with mid-level managers and cross-functional team members across multiple regions.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
* Leading daily stand-ups and retrospectives.
* Ensuring efficient workflow and resolving impediments.
* Collaborating with product owners and stakeholders on backlogs.
What We're Looking For:
* Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies.
* Excellent facilitation and communication skills.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
* Experience with Jira or other project management tools.
* Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
