Job Overview:
The primary goal of this role is to manage various tasks and projects, ensuring seamless execution and timely delivery.
* This involves managing calendars for audits, logging meetings, analyzing transcripts, and maintaining internal updates.
* Additionally, it entails tracking and managing purchase orders (POs), Statements of Work (SOWs), and key performance indicators (KPIs).
* A key responsibility is running weekly and monthly tasks, including referral updates, C-suite reports, and ticket follow-ups.
* Create tasks in the account cockpit to prompt action from Account Managers.
* Leverage AI to automate account intelligence and other tasks.
Key Requirements:
* Prior experience in Project Management, PMO, Operations Analyst, or Account Management with a minimum of 4 years.
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
* Advanced proficiency in English.
