The role involves designing, implementing, and optimizing customer segmentation models, integrating advanced models and segmentation logic into Customer Data Platforms (CDPs), and applying advanced analytics and machine learning to solve complex problems related to customer behavior, churn prediction, lookalike modeling, and RFM analysis.
Key responsibilities include working cross-functionally with marketing, product, and engineering teams to build and scale buying group frameworks that enhance personalization, targeting, and campaign performance, and owning the end-to-end lifecycle of data science projects from ideation through deployment and performance monitoring.
