Summary:
Looking for a Senior GCP Data Engineer with strong experience in BigQuery, Python, and Airflow/Composer to build and optimize scalable data pipelines. Role involves Adobe pipeline migration, Orion data integration, and event-driven pipeline development across GCP/AWS/Snowflake environments.
Key Skills:
BigQuery, Python, SQL, Airflow/Composer, ETL/ELT, GitHub, CI/CD, Data Warehousing (Star Schema, Dimensional Modeling, OLTP vs OLAP)
Responsibilities:
Build and maintain data pipelines; Migrate and enhance Adobe pipelines; Integrate Orion datasets; Develop event pipelines; Optimize BigQuery performance and cost; Implement data quality checks; Manage workflows and CI/CD; Document solutions
Experience:
* 12–15 years overall IT experience with 7–9 years in data engineering
Nice to Have:
* Adobe Analytics, AWS, Snowflake, Event-driven architecture
