* Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
* Fluent in English and Portuguese
* Ability to multitask and stay organized

* Reliable internet, noise‐cancelling headset, and a private workspace
Key Responsibilities
* Answer inbound calls from prospective clients
* Convert leads into scheduled attorney consultations
* Sell consultations, close contracts, and ensure a smooth handoff to the legal team
* Follow up consistently with all leads
* Maintain accurate CRM records
* Overcome objections with professionalism and confidence
* Meet and exceed weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales goals
* Work Monday–Friday, 9am–6pm PST
* Work one weekend per month
