Business Development Specialist
The primary objective of this role is to foster and maintain strong client relationships within the Brazilian market.
* Act as the principal point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring consistent communication and high levels of satisfaction.
* Take full ownership of accounts, driving revenue growth and achieving performance objectives.
* Develop and execute strategic account plans aligned with client needs and business goals.
Key responsibilities include serving as a trusted advisor, providing insights and guidance to optimize client operations and promotional strategies. Ensure timely delivery of gaming products and solutions according to client requirements, monitor and report on monthly revenue performance, identify opportunities for growth, build and maintain strong long-term client relationships at all organizational levels, represent the company at industry exhibitions, conferences, and networking events, promote and uphold the organization's values and brand reputation.
Requirements include minimum 2 years' experience in B2B account management within the iGaming industry, fluency in Brazilian Portuguese and English, Spanish fluency is an advantage, native or resident of a LATAM market, proven ability to manage high-value accounts and build long-term client partnerships, strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with experience engaging stakeholders at all levels, demonstrated success in delivering client-focused solutions that meet strategic business goals, proficiency in CRM systems and promotion management tools preferred, highly proactive, results-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a structured data-driven approach, willingness to travel and represent the company at industry events.
