As an ICS Community Manager, you will make an impact by being responsible for managing communities around products. You will be a valued member of the team and collaborate with internal teams to support the client's online communities worldwide.
In This Role, You Will
Join a global team that manages Product Specialists supporting Spanish language communities worldwide.
Work model: Hybrid. The position requires 2 days a week in a client or Cognizant office in São Paulo, SP.
Support work-life balance through various wellbeing programs. Role expectations may change based on project and business needs.
What You Need To Have To Be Considered
Advanced English proficiency for meetings and communication.
Advanced Spanish language skills, as you will serve clients in native Spanish.
Graduation in any discipline.
Structured problem analysis and resolution skills.
Strong communication skills (listening, reading/writing, verbal).
Experience working with goals and exceeding client expectations.
Preferred Skills
Knowledge of Google products and community management.
Experience with Sheets, Docs, and Slides for reporting purposes.
