KEY EXPECTED ACHIEVEMENTS
Project Delivery
- Actively participate with the team in planning and setting user story deliverables.
- Design and develop new IT solutions in collaboration with the team.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure efficient project delivery and solution design.
- Clarify project requirements to satisfy customers' needs and expectations.
- Deliver project on time and on budget.
- Ensure proper handover of project delivery to other teams (when applicable).
Process Improvement
- Identify and prioritize IT process improvements.
- Participate actively in Process Feedback and Process Improvement during Scrum, Gemba, Sprint Retro meetings, etc.
- Support new process implementation and sustainability.
Skills Development
- Develop new soft and technical skills to reinforce the ability to design various IT solutions, enlarge his/her expertise and teamwork abilities in an scrum development approach.
- Share his/her expertise to enhance the skills of other members.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- SAP Certification would be an asset;
- Knowledge in Cross module SAP;
- Experience in working in an Agile / Lean environment would be beneficial;
- Experience in a Manufacturing and Distribution environment and global exposure would be an asset;
- Excellent communication skills in both English & Sinhala.
