Technical Project Coordinator
We are seeking a Technical Project Coordinator who can oversee the integration and coordination of various IT projects within the organization.
This role is ideal for individuals who want to learn and grow in a CLT contract, working with a variety of integration tools and platforms to facilitate the integration of projects, configuring and maintaining them.
In this position, you will:
* Develop comprehensive integration plans for IT projects, assessing the compatibility and interoperability of different systems and technologies through thorough testing and evaluation
* Leverage technical expertise to ensure that project implementations are aligned with architectural design, guiding cross-functional teams, and fostering communication and collaboration among all stakeholders
Main Responsibilities
* Technical Consulting: Provide technical guidance to ensure the cohesion and success of integration projects. Develop and implement best practices for integrating data systems and enterprise platforms (e.g., ERPs such as SAP, CRMs)
* Project Management: Plan and manage the timelines and deliverables of integration projects, allocating and managing resources effectively, including budgeting and staffing. Monitor project progress and performance, ensuring adherence to timelines and standards
* Integration Planning: Conduct technical assessments and feasibility studies for new integration projects to determine the best approach and resources needed. Stay up-to-date on emerging technologies and industry trends
* Risk Management: Identify and resolve integration issues and technical challenges through troubleshooting and collaboration with technical teams. Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to ensure projects stay on track
* Process Improvement: Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including integration plans, status reports, and risk assessments. Drive continuous improvement in integration processes and methodologies by analyzing project results and implementing feedback
Essential Requirements (Hard Skills)
* Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT project management, integration, or related field
* System Integration: Experience with a variety of integration tools and platforms to facilitate the integration of projects, configuring and maintaining them. Knowledge of software architecture design, including microservices, SOA (Service-Oriented Architecture), and cloud-based architectures
* Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to varied audiences (technical, executive, business). Build strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure their needs are met and foster a collaborative environment
