Responsibilities
Support community occupancy and sales goals through direct engagement with various Arvum communities
Manage lead database with accurate data entry and analysis to develop sales strategies
Conduct tours and follow-up communication with prospects and families to convert inquiries into appointments
Provide timely and accurate customer information regarding pricing and new deposits
Collaborate with community teams to prepare for new resident arrivals and ensure outstanding first impressions
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Relations/Communications, Marketing, or a related field
Minimum of three years' experience in a multi-community/regional sales manager role with supervisory experience
At least three years of sales experience in the senior living sector
Must be able to travel frequently (75-100%)
Strong understanding of competition and ability to incorporate that knowledge into sales strategies
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in developing and implementing sales strategies in a senior living context
Familiarity with marketing communications and promotional materials
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals and objectives
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-focused environment
