 
        
        This role is for a Supervisor in the logistics area. The candidate will be responsible for all post-sales customer flow and satisfaction.
Responsibilities
 * Manage and track customer orders and updates.
 * Rastrear os pedidos and position the customer about doubts and updates.
 * Update the Management System.
 * Schedule delivery and assembly of the order with the customer.
 * Manage and monitor assemblies digitally through photos and messaging apps.
 * Generate Requests for Technical Assistance.
 * Close payment commissions for assemblers.
 * Solve, delegate, and charge the team to resolve customer problems and conflicts.
 * Propose and coordinate improvements to the logistics area to bring more efficiency and cost reduction to the sector and customer satisfaction.
 * Report activities and results to the company management.
Requirements
 * Possess knowledge and experience in the logistics area (minimum period of 2 to 3 years).
 * Have ability with the Office package.
 * Have ability with ERP and CRM systems.
 * Possess a Driver's License.
 * Have communication and interpersonal relationship skills.
 * Be resilient and able to handle pressure.
 * Be committed to the goals and deadlines established by the company.
 * Differentiating points for the position (positive points): Technical or Graduation in Logistics or similar areas, experience with the planned furniture sector, and ability with the Promob software.
