About This Opportunity:
As a Project Analyst at Todo, you will have the opportunity to implement projects for major Brazilian retail brands and continually work on improving the implementation and production processes of Todo cards, a company with a flexible, relaxed environment and full of growth opportunities!
**Responsibilities**:
- Manage gift card and gift registry project implementation complex projects from contract signing to project launch
- Manage InComm retail and merchant projects
- Manage physical card production process with partner printers
- Monitor new customer demands from different areas of the company (financial, IT, support...)
- Conduct training on the system with new customers
- Propose process improvements in project implementation
Qualifications:
- Be in the penultimate or last year of the Production Engineering, Administration and related courses
- Have intermediate English
- Have Project Organization and Documentation Skills
- Written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of agile Project Management methodologies
- Have intermediate Excel
