**Job Summary**:
Performs various staff accounting functions that support of the Analytics CoE (Center of Excellence).
**What you will do**:
Possible areas of responsibility include, but are not limited to:
- Support the cost monitoring process for machines and components produced at Caterpillar.
- Support analyses for component source changes and other comparative studies.
- Support improvement projects related to Caterpillar's strategic business, including automation and other initiatives.
- Standard Cost Revision (SCR) and current cost grief resolution
- Capital Management: Capital expenditure forecasting and reporting.
**What you will have - Skills**:
- ** Accuracy and Attention to Detail**: Understanding the necessity and value of accuracy; ability to complete tasks with high levels of precision.
- ** Analytical Thinking**: Knowledge of techniques and tools that promote effective analysis; ability to determine the root cause of organizational problems and create alternative solutions that resolve these problems.
- ** Flexibility and Adaptability**: Knowledge of successful approaches and techniques for dealing with change; ability to adapt to a changing environment and be comfortable with change.
**Basic Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Intermediate English.
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, or Engineering.
- Proven knowledge and experiences using analytical and automation tools (Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps, VBA and Python).
- Focus on process improvement, leading initiatives and projects with the team.Pre-Advanced / Advanced English.
