Training Coordinator Job Description
The role of a Training Coordinator is pivotal in supporting clients by delivering exceptional service. This involves overseeing the delivery of training sessions, managing requests for session creation, modification, completion, and cancellation, as well as ensuring seamless execution of training activities.
* Assess client-provided training needs and determine the necessary number of sessions.
* Initiate and manage requests for session creation, modification, completion, and cancellation.
* Craft training sessions according to trainees' expectations and availability.
* Coordinate with the Indian team for updates in training events/programs.
Key responsibilities include maintaining learner support at level 2, adhering to workflow and processes using CRM tools, and upholding attention to detail and organization. The ideal candidate should possess 2-4 years of experience in learning delivery management and/or operations, with exposure to an international work environment.
