Delivery Execution Lead
We're seeking an experienced Delivery Execution Lead to drive delivery execution across complex, cross-functional initiatives in agile engineering environments.
Job Description:
The ideal candidate will own end-to-end delivery of complex initiatives from planning through execution and completion. Key responsibilities include building and managing delivery plans, partnering with engineering teams to manage work intake and backlog grooming, serving as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, identifying and mitigating risks, and facilitating working sessions and stakeholder workshops.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* 5+ years of experience leading delivery for complex projects or initiatives
* Strong experience working in agile environments (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, or similar)
* Hands-on experience using Jira for backlog management and delivery tracking
* Proven ability to work effectively with engineering teams and business stakeholders
