About the Role
* Act as the subject matter expert for Salesforce Health Cloud, providing functional and technical support to ensure seamless integration with clinical workflows.
Key Responsibilities:
* Analyze business processes to identify opportunities to leverage Salesforce capabilities, driving improvements in healthcare operations and patient-centered outcomes.
* Translate business needs into user stories, system requirements, and functional specifications to inform solution design and implementation.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including patient advocates, digital health product managers, and patient services managers, to drive effective communication and stakeholder engagement.
Skill Requirements
* Strong understanding of healthcare workflows and patient engagement processes.
* Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau, Looker, or Power BI, to create clear, accessible dashboards and reports.
* Proficiency in SQL for extracting, transforming, and analyzing patient and operational data.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on user experience.
