Summary:
We are seeking a Project Manager to join our Application Excellence Team, focusing on Business Units and P&L solutions. This role oversees strategic projects that enhance our internal solutions and deliver measurable value to our customers. The ideal candidate is hands-on, collaborative, and thrives in fast-paced environments, playing a key part in driving regional expansion and supporting strategic growth initiatives.
Responsibilities:
* Lead and coordinate cross-functional project execution from planning through delivery.
* Oversee solution enhancement initiatives for Business Units and P&L systems.
* Collaborate closely with business, technical, and partner teams to ensure successful project outcomes.
* Resolve project challenges proactively to maintain timelines and quality standards.
* Define and execute project roadmaps aligned with strategic objectives.
* Support regional growth by managing impactful programs and ensuring continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree in STEM, Business Administration, or related fields;
post‑graduate specialization in project management or technology is a plus. We will also value equivalent work experience.
* Proven experience in project and program management using agile or traditional methodologies.
* Strong background in software development and architecture, able to support technical decision-making.
* Knowledge of information security, databases (including PL/SQL), IT infrastructure, cloud computing (AWS), and APIs.
* Experience exploring emerging technologies such as AI, RPA, and low-code platforms.
* Familiarity with requirement specification techniques.
* Additional strengths: ITIL fundamentals, PMP, PMI-ACP, or Agile certifications.
* Strong analytical, conceptual thinking, and problem-solving capabilities.
* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
* Excellent communication skills, adaptable to different audiences.
* Self-motivated, collaborative, disciplined, and proactive mindset.
* Comfortable working under pressure and coordinating diverse stakeholders.
* Advanced English proficiency.

* Industry background in railroads (preferred but not mandatory).
