Job Title: Operational Project Coordinator
Ambitious professionals are sought to fill the role of an Operational Project Coordinator, responsible for ensuring seamless project execution and effective collaboration with cross-functional teams. Responsibilities
* Coordinate projects from inception to delivery, tracking timelines, budgets, and participant engagement
* Develop and maintain project plans in collaboration with Operations Manager, UX researchers, and customers
* Attend virtual client meetings and provide regular project status updates
* Track and manage project expenses, identifying potential variances early
* Support research project team members, ensuring tasks align with study objectives and protocols
* Collaborate with Panel Management to monitor participant progress and confirm recruitment goals
* Document best practices and template materials to streamline future projects
* Identify areas for process improvement and contribute ideas for automation or integration with product and engineering teams
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Communications, Business, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field
* At least 2 years of experience in project coordination, user-experience operations, research support, or similar roles
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Strong organizational skills with great attention to detail and follow-through
* Comfortable working independently in a distributed environment
* Proficient with Google Workspace or similar productivity suites
Preferred Qualifications
* Demonstrated success supporting multi-phase projects or studies
* Familiarity with project-management tools such as JIRA, Trello, or Asana
* Experience developing training materials, SOPs, or help content
* Passion for continuous improvement and experimentation
