Key Responsibilities
Develop, maintain, and execute manual and automated test suites for API and Front-End applications using frameworks such as Cucumber, Cypress, Ruby, and others.
Create and enhance test frameworks and automation strategies to improve test coverage and reliability.
Support the Technical Support team by troubleshooting issues and performing root cause analysis.
Analyze test execution results and provide clear test reports, summaries, and recommendations to the product team.
Investigate and resolve automated test script failures within test plans.
Embrace challenges as learning opportunities and continuously seek improvement in QA practices.
Technical Skills Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Computer Science, or equivalent professional experience.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
Proven experience with test methodologies, test plan creation, and manual automated test execution.
Solid understanding of databases and data management, including RDBMS and SQL (or other databases).
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, such as Jenkins or GitLab CI.
Bachelor's degree (required).
Knowlodge in Linux

Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within an Agile/Scrum team.
Strong problem-solving mindset with a results-driven focus.
Passion for "breaking things" and learning from each QA challenge.
Availability to work in a Hybrid model (3 days in the office, 2 days home office.
