Develop the company's marketing plans and product launch strategies, adhering to corporate guidelines for marketing actions.
- Collaborate with the Technical Department and Commercial Area to develop and implement marketing plans, campaigns, and product launches.
- Coordinate market research to enable the development of new products or enhancements to current products, interacting with the Technical, Commercial, and R&D departments.
- Manage new projects.
- Conduct benchmarking to analyze our products in comparison to competitors in terms of price, efficacy, and quality, ensuring proper portfolio positioning.
- Participate in the development and coordination of sales incentive programs.
- Oversee the packaging development process in collaboration with the technical, quality, and regulatory departments, standardizing and updating layouts.
- Identify and approve new suppliers for promotional materials, overseeing their design and production.
- Hire advertising agencies and monitor the creation and development of promotional materials, packaging, etc., while approving institutional and product-related materials for the company.
- Organize and coordinate the company's participation in events by contacting and negotiating with sponsors and planning programs to align with objectives and target audiences.
- Manage the distribution of promotional materials in line with marketing plans and monitor their usage.
- Schedule activities to be undertaken by the marketing department.
- Define target audiences, suggest pricing strategies, and determine the strategic positioning of products, contributing to Business Unit objectives in terms of sales, pricing, margin, and Market Share growth.
