The OpportunityWe are looking for a Finance & Accounting Specialist to support the financial operations of our Brazilian subsidiary. This role will focus on accounts receivable, accounts payable, cash management, and financial coordination, ensuring accurate financial processes and supporting the company''s operational and compliance requirements. You will work closely with management, external accounting providers, and international teams, gaining exposure to global business operations. Key Responsibilities- Manage Accounts Receivable (AR) processes, including invoice tracking, payment follow-ups, and reconciliation. - Handle Accounts Payable (AP), expense verification, and payment scheduling. - Monitor cash flow and company bank accounts, ensuring accurate transaction records. - Perform bank reconciliations and financial data verification. - Maintain and organize financial documentation and accounting archives. - Support payroll coordination and salary-related financial processes. - Assist with expense management and internal financial controls. - Provide EnglishPortuguese translation support for financial communication when required. - Support other financial activities compatible with the position and applicable regulations.
